Charryse views therapy as a collaborative process and offers an integrated approach in which values, the search for meaning, and the power of choice are a central focus. She also enjoys incorporating experiential techniques and has specialized training in trauma. It is her desire to offer a nonjudgemental environment that provides support, encouragement, and practical skills.

It only takes a few minutes of interaction to see where the core of her deepest contentment lies. Charryse’s conversations are often centered around the funny moments and her ever evolving role as a wife and mother. So when she isn’t seeing clients, Charryse is likely to be carpooling her children around Charlotte, cheering loudly at a school athletic event, or working on music with her husband.
